I must apologize for my lack of posts lately. I have been in the process of moving countries and finishing my Master’s Degree. Today my wife and I have finally started to get things settled and I can finally come back to this and focus.
In light of a global focus I’d like to share this inforgraphic of how fast e-commerce is growing world wide.
If you haven’t heard recently, online retail giant Alibaba out of china, raised $21.8 billion in its debut, making it the biggest U.S.-listed IPO in history after the IPO of credit card processing company Visa in 2008.
This graphic shows the perspective of how fast it is growing versus everything else in the world. But that doesn’t mean the rest of the world isn’t growing quickly because it is. In the United States, e-commerce is growing at 4X the rate of retail.
If you aren’t convinced yet that you need your business online. Maybe you should think again.
